General Manager, Start-Up (San Diego)
Executive Concierge is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to serve as General Manager to oversee all aspects of our start-up business. We are searching for a results-oriented professional with executive experience at both growth-oriented and established businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans
• Generating business while creating and executing marketing plans for a business undergoing rapid expansion
• Manage all client interactions from recruiting through contract negotiation
• Recruit, supervise, motivate and mentor all employees, vendors and business partners
• Direct and oversee activities, insuring accurate documentation of quality control data and records
• Oversee preparation of budgets, and provide regular financial statements
Skill Requirements:
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Able to quickly establish rapport and creditability with existing and prospective clients/customers
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team
• Proven track-record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Demonstrated ability to multi – task and work in a fast – paced office setting
• Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
• Strong sales and marketing experience
• Ability to network and build strong relationships with vendors and business partners
• A minimum of five years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight
• Bachelor’s Degree
